Payments MUST be made within 48 hours of order confirmation.
If you are unable to make payment within that time frame, please inform us beforehand. Items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless a defect is found in the lenses. But we ensure that lenses are not chipped, lens vial is sealed and two layers of bubblewrap enclose the lenses so unless there is special circumstances, lenses should not be found spoilt.
Please do not attempt to break the bottle in order to get an exchange/refund as every order is wrapped and mailed out by me personally and I do check them before mailing out. Lenses damaged during the course of delivery will not be our responsibility. Please also note that cancellation of orders after payment made will not be entitled to refunds.
We only accept Bank Transfer and iBanking for payments.
Paypal will be accepted for international buyers. For enquiries on rates for international buyers, please mail us directly at [email protected] . A 5% paypal charge will be enforced for all paypal payments. Lenses arrive 7~10 working days after payment made and We mail out within 3 working days.
We would also like to inform you of the risk of lenses being confiscated by customs. As with ordering contact lenses in Singapore, this risk is ever present and we do not take any responsibility when lenses are confiscated.
